On Tuesday, April 24 2001, in the Nova Gorica
City Gallery a selection of prizewinning films of the 4th Festival of Slovenian Film was shown and thus the Kinoteka in Ljubjana, which traditionally organizes the "Portorož after Portorož" film showings from 3rd to 7th May, was "outdone".
The following prizewinning films are to be shown in Gorica:
The Whistle, directed by Naško Križnar - award for best short film;
In The Light Of Three Centuries, directed by Zdravko Pečenko - award for best television or documentary work;
Homo Erectus, directed by Ema Kugler - award for best art video;
Žile, directed by Dražen Štader - award for best student film.
