Retrospective of Slovenian Film

From July 3 to July 29 2001,
the fourth retrospective of Slovenian film is taking place in Ottawa, Canada. The following films are going to be presented to the Canadian audience:
Idle Running (Janez Burger)
Ekspres Ekspres (Igor Šterk)
Socialization of the Bull(Zvonko Èoh & Miran Erič)
Porno Film Damjan Kozole)(
Dark Angels (Sašo Podgoršek)
Outsider (Andrej Košak) The films are going to be shown at the Canadian Film Institute. The Slovenian film retrospective has been prepared by the Slovenian Film Fund in co-operation with the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Ottawa in honour of the 10th anniversary of Slovenian independence. The retrospective will then move on to Vancouver, where thus after Prague, Berlin, Frankfurt and Ottawa, the fifth retrospective of Slovenian film this year is to take place. Slovenian films are going to be shown in the Pacific Cinema from August 23 to September 3 2001.
