Summer Wins the Golden Tiger

33rd International Festival in Rotterdam, which took place between 21 January and 1 February, the film by the director Srdjan Vuletiæ Summer in the Golden Valley ("Ljeto u Zlatnoj dolini"), produced by Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, England and Slovenia, received the prestigious award - the Golden Tiger. It was chosen from out of 16 films, which participated in the competition section besides the aforementioned film. Besides Summer in the Golden Valley the Golden Tiger also went to Unterwegs (En Route) by Jan Kruger and Bu Jian (The Missing) by Lee Kang-Sheng. Each prize is worth 10.000 Euros and a showing on the Netherlands VPRO television.
