Damjan Kozole
Born in Brežice in 1964. His first feature film The Fatal Telephone was one of the first independent films made in former Yugoslavia. His fifth feature film Spare Parts premiered in competition at the Berlin International Film Festival 2003 and won many international awards. In 2004 Kozole collaborated with 24 important European film directors in a pan-European episode film Visions of Europe. He is currently preparing a feature co-production The Dark Side of the Earth. He is a member of the European Film Academy and co-founder of Emotionfilm production company.
