Halgato

The heroes of the story come from places far removed from the centre of the world, from the Pannonian horizon. This is first of all a story about love and friendship. It offers reminiscences of its two heroes, Pišti and Halgato, who have been branded by the Gipsy ethics and ethos since their childhood. The action itself reflects their particular lot and choices in life. While Halgato follows his basic instincts and remains devoted to his Gipsy nature, Pišti responds to the influence of the environment and tries to surpass the Gipsy origins.
